Registration is easy

Simply complete the online registration form. A member of our pharmacy staff will contact you to confirm registration. Our staff can assist you with transferring your file from another pharmacy, or contacting your physician for refills. You can also print a copy of the form and fax/mail to the My Meds by Mail Program at 1-855-821-0950

First time orders

Have the My Meds by Mail Program contact your physician for new prescriptions. Your physician can fax prescriptions directly to the My Meds by Mail Program at: 1-855-821-0950. Print out a physician letter from our website.

Refilling your prescription

Login to the online pharmacy portal using the private access codes provided by the pharmacy. Use the online website to order prescriptions, OR telephone the pharmacy directly at 1-855-382-1613.
